What we collect
When you send a tour request, we collect the details you submit—such as name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp, preferred dates, party size, and message. Signed-in hosts and contributors may also provide profile or submission details needed to publish or review content.
Why we use it
We use this information to route enquiries to hosts, review community submissions, operate accounts, send transactional email when configured, and improve public discovery pages.
Sharing
Tour enquiry details are shared with the relevant tour host and LensNomad operators so they can respond. We use infrastructure and email processors required to run the product. We do not sell personal contact details.
Public pages
Only published content is shown on public listing and detail pages. Private contact details, admin notes, and unpublished drafts are not intended for public discovery surfaces.
